Palimex is among the leaders in Italy in the distribution of artichokes, with more than 2000 tons imported in 2021.
The artichoke we produce and distribute is the purple variety. It comes from the thriving Nile Delta area and is transformed directly from our partner to whom we have transmitted over the years the know-how necessary to obtain a quality comparable to the European product but with the advantage of being much more competitive at an economic level.
The frozen product guarantees that the product maintains optimal organoleptic characteristics being the best solution for preserving a natural product
The product in brine is instead recommended for canning companies for the production of product in oil or in any case seasoned.

garlic, onion, carrot, celery, zucchini, aubergines, peppers, potatoes, peas, spinach, natural or semi-dried cherry tomatoes, porcini mushrooms, mixed mushrooms, champignon mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower.
Possibility of having grilled or pre-fried products.
