Palimex is one of the leaders in Italy in the distribution of pumpkin puree.

Our pumpkin puree is made with the Butternut variety. To produce it the pumpkins are peeled and their seeds removed, and then concentrated in an aseptic environment with a natural brix of 20/22°;

  • The product must be stored at room temperature with a shelf life of up to 24 months from the date of production;

     

  • The packages available are 220kg drums; 20kg bags in boxes;

     

  • Upon request we
    can also offer other bio purees, such as: CAULIFLOWERS, BROCCOLI, ZUCCHINI, PEPPERS;

The finished product is suitable for the production of soups, creams, fillings for pasta.
